Zürich is the most important economic centre of Switzerland: an international, interesting and busy city, situated at the northern corner of the "Lake Zürich". Zürich's international airport is 11kms or 6.8 miles from downtown. Trains from the airport’s own train station connect the city within 10 minutes several times each hour. Zürich offers its visitors a great choice of activities: visiting the old city or one of the many galleries or museums; a shopping spree down the famous 'Bahnhofstrasse' or going for a a leisurely boat trip on the "Lake Zürich" to name a few. Zürich is the perfect starting point for all other destinations in Switzerland.

Festival venue: Schützenhaus Albisgütli
The venue is spectacular and perfectly suited to make the Swiss Teddy Festival outstanding. The Festival will take place inside and around the "Schützenhaus Albisgütli", a venue built in medieval style, charming and with a restaurant and outdoor café all amidst a generous garden setting, inviting you and visitors to relax or to go for a walk in the adjacent forest of the "Uetliwald".  

The "Schützenhaus Albisgütli" is situated on the outskirts of the city center and can easily be reached within 15 minutes from the main train station of Zurich with tramline No. 13. Visitors arriving with their own cars will find enough 'free' parking space just beside the venue.
